In short: We are a free information-reference site that helps you compare prices. We do not participate in transactions between you and platforms; official websites control their own pricing.

1. What We Are

TokenPass is an independent third-party information aggregation and price-comparison platform. We compile and display pricing, free allowances, and promotional information from AI service providers for your reference. We have no affiliation or agency relationship with the listed providers, do not participate in transactions, and are not a payment or service provider.

2. Information Is for Reference Only

All pricing, allowance, and promotion data on this site is collected or estimated and may be delayed or inaccurate. The live pricing and terms on each provider's official website prevail. Please verify them yourself before topping up or placing an order.

3. Third-Party Platforms

After you follow a link from this site to a third-party platform, any registration, top-up, transaction, or dispute must be handled directly between you and that provider. We do not intervene and assume no responsibility.
Providers in the "High-Value Relay Services" section vary in their qualifications, and we have provided separate notices. Please verify their operating entity and filing information yourself before using them with caution.

4. How We Earn Revenue

We currently do not charge any platform a listing fee, promotion fee, or commission; rankings are based solely on value and reliability. If we introduce promotional partnership links or commissions in the future, we will prominently disclose them on the relevant pages and promise that they will not increase your costs or affect rankings. 5. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of information on this site or from following links from this site to third parties. We make no guarantee regarding any provider's service quality or the safety of funds.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment processing is handled by Waffo Pancake. We accept international cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via Waffo Pancake, and WeChat Pay for Chinese-market subscriptions. Our servers do not store card or payment-account information. Each purchase is a one-time purchase; it does not renew automatically when it expires, and no cancellation is required.

Refund policy: You may request a full refund within 48 hours after successful payment by emailing support@tokenpassai.com with your order number. Refunds are returned through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method. We reserve the right to reject requests involving repeated subscription refunds, multiple accounts sharing the same payment source, repeated registrations to claim benefits, or similar conduct. After 48 hours, no refunds are provided in accordance with standard digital-goods practices. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect once published on this page.
